Audi Motorsport has been at Sebring, Florida (USA), for a long test which was attended by all nine of the team’s drivers.

The Audi R18 testing at Sebring
Two new Audi R18s and an R15 TDI Plus were put through their paces at Sebring at the end of January and Audi Motorsport reports that the test went well round the American venue which is notorious for being hard on chassis.
Work with one of the two R18s focused on endurance running, while the second concentrated on a development programme as part of the team’s build-up to June’s Le Mans 24 Hours.
Audi also ran an R15 TDI Plus which had been modified to become a 2011-spec car in order to prepare for the 12 Hours of Sebring, the opening round of this year’s ILMC. This car essentially put in long runs.
The nine Audi drivers who will contest Le Mans drove each one of the three prototypes.
