(Français) La Peugeot-Oreca N°4 et l’Aston Martin N°009 viennent de rejoindre la longue liste des abandons.
Peugeot est maudit sur ces 24 Heures du Mans 2010 : après les trois 908 HDI FAP officielles, la voiture du team Oreca a elle aussi été victime d’une casse moteur. Même punition pour l’Aston Martin N°009.
Audi s’achemine vers un 4e triplé aux 24 Heures du Mans. Le prototype Oreca-AIM est 4e et 1er proto essence devant la HPD-ARX LMP2 de Strakka Racing, 5e au général !
Le record du meilleur tour en course sur le circuit de 13,629 km a été battu par Loïc Duval (3’19’’074) et on pourrait également battre le vieux record de distance parcourue qui tient depuis 1971.
